What happens next?
If we agree to work together, I will send you a contract and an invoice. When the contract is signed and I receive your payment, we will set up a time to speak on Skype and create an action plan that will meet your needs. Having a great and harmonious working relationship is key in order to achieve success, so this start-up session is a fundamental part of me becoming your right-hand woman. Continuous communication will happen through email, dropbox and zoom (or other platforms if needed).

I want to make sure you get the best quality support possible and that includes having a dependable, trustworthy assistant who can complete tasks efficiently and gets your work back to you in quick turn around times. To make sure I am on point and available when you need me, I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time.

As part of the service we undertake periodic reviews to evaluate the utilization of your hours, your requirements and whether any change is required – thereby ensuring high quality and flexibility. Our agreement can easily be modified by mutual consent, and the amount of hours can be changed from month to month if necessary. I believe that if we have a good system in place right from the start and complement it with great communication, we will become a dream team!
